Aviva should be afraid of me, I have seen its true face. The call centre is an engorged play pen, filled with ignorant children playing with inter-connected technological toys they do not understand. One day, all the errors and oversights of their formulae will rise up in a swamping miasma, and management will look up and shout "Save us!" And I'll whisper: "No".
